This sale is for a vintage, 1960\'s Peugeot PX-10 frame and fork. The sale includes a French threaded bottom bracket and headset, a clamp-on water bottle cage, a Mafac front brake cable-housing stop, and a clamp-on pump holder. The frame features Nervex lugs. There is no tubing decal on it nor the remnants of one to decipher its tubing; it may be Reynolds 531, although it does have stamped drop-outs rather than forged Simplex or Campagnolo. The frame measures 58 cm center to center on the seattube, 60 cm center to top, and 58 cm center to center on toptube. The rear spacing is ~120 mm. The frame does not have a braze-on rear derailleur hanger, making it, I suppose if you wanted to go that route, an excellent candidate for a fixed-gear bike. The frame has numerous scrapes, scratches, and nicks. The paint, particularly around the rear dropouts has yellowed. The frame does need a more thorough cleaning. Some strips of aluminum foil remain from protecting the paint from clamp-on shifters, front derailleur, and the water bottle cage clamps. This frame is appropriate for hanging your vintage components whether Huret, Shimano, Suntour, Magistroni, Simplex, Zeus, Campagnolo, Stronglight, or Cinelli.Mailing cost will be $40.00 for USA, though that depends upon how far you are from 44023; for international, $80.00 (on international shipping there are some countries, like Australia and China, but not New Zealand or Japan, where the mailing cost is prohibitive: in the $200 range.)
