This sale is for the Vintage 1965 Aurora \"Superboy and Krypto\" modelshown in the pictures. The vintage model shown is what you will receive.
Condition looks decent/good to me (sloppy glue), but I\'m not a model pro by any means so please see pics and judge for yourself.
Please read below for all of the info I have on this item.
I recently picked up a box of old Aurora models (and this Revell) from 1950\'s-1960\'s and this was one of the models from that box (see last pic.)
I believe this is complete (no box, no instructions, just the model itself), but please see pics and let me know if there is something missing so I can tell other buyers.
Very old, very dusty, this model is dated 1965 on the bottom as you can see in the pics. Please see pics and judge condition for yourself (the dust tells me these models must have been sitting somewhere for many, many years, and all of the models have dates 1958-1965 or no date at all.) I was going to clean the dust off, but as a collector of other vintage items I usually prefer that the seller leave the items as found unless they truly know what they were doing. I\'ve had sellers of old board games rip an old price sticker off to \"do me a favor\" more than once--I\'d rather not do that to you when it comes to these models I am selling. I don\'t know how to properly clean nor restore them, so I\'ll leave that to you.
Good news is that I do have a pretty good idea how to Package the item for safe shipping.
I will take great care in packaging this model, but due to the age there is a slightly higher level of \"fragile\" for this item compared to a newer built up model. I will package it well enough that it should arrive safe, but if there are any issues please let me know when you receive it--I\'m a reasonably guy.
