This adorable collector\'s plate features Santa Claus surrounded by Kewpies, with red ribbons. The front reads \"Let joy be everywhere you are\" - Christmas 1973. The back reads: Kewpie - This is an authentic Kewpie design. All Kewpies are the creation of Rose O\'Neill (1874-1944), world renown artist and writer, who is best known as \"the Mother of the imortal Kewpies.\" This was produced in Japan for World Wide Arts, Inc.
