The thimble item is in a very good general condition and looks to have been rarely used, if ever.
There is a full set of Birmingham hallmarks for 1973 (Y) along with the \"J.S&S\" manufacturer mark for;
\"James Swann & Son.\"
The thimble is marked as a size \"6.\"
