Up for sale is American Splendor #2! This is a rare underground comic book magazine published independently by Harvey Pekar in 1977! It features several stories written by Harvey Pekar with great artwork by Robert Crumb, Brian Bram, Greg Budgett, and Gary Dumm! This is a first printing from the original run of Pekar’s American Splendor, published long before several comic book mini-series of similar titles. As shown in the photos, this is a nice clean copy with very little cover wear and very few tiny bindery tears. The comic book is complete and remains securely stapled from its cover to its centerfold. It has nice clean pages with no writing, creases, rips, or tears. This rare American Splendor comic magazine would make a great addition to your collection!
