this is a My Little Pony Paradise estate it is in good condition it is missing some furniture as well as the canopy over the pool. most of the accessories are present photographs will show all pieces that will be included in this sale the roof is Pink, a couple of pieces have a little bit of faded sun damage and one has a little chip in one of the shingles otherwise and it\'s clean works well and can be used for parts or order parts offline to complete the finished set... no boxes or instructions are included please see pictures for a more detailed descriptionUnit will be partially unassembled for shipping.
