Condition:Pre-owned. Good condition. A couple spots where it looks like it may have been tapped against another object towards bottom of bird. Too small to photograph.

ITEM DAMAGE POLICY

Before sending messages about items that are broken, damaged or missing pieces, please keep in mind that I will have a photograph of your packed item to ensure it was intact and/or all together. (Suggested to me by my local Post Office)

Since I deal in mainly vintage glasswares, I pack with the utmost care. I have 20+ years experience in packaging. My packing includes: tissue paper, loose fill (packing peanuts), bubble wrap and, in many cases, the box is also reinforced.

However, if you would prefer your item to be packed and shipped by a postal store, such as UPS or FedEx, please send me a message specifying this option before payment is made so I can send you their statement.

In the unfortunate event, for any reason, you receive your item damaged the following precaution will be enforced in order to receive reimbursement (excluding shipping) or exchange:

-Please provide photographic evidence of your damaged item AND the box it was shipped in. Ask for my email.

*NOTE: The post office will require your photo of the damaged item in order to claim its insured value.

Due to a few fraudulent claims. I have had to take these measures to protect myself as a seller.
