Vintage 221K Singer Featherweight Sewing Machine. Serial # ES248773.

Manufactured in Kilbowie, Scotland. 1961. Has red badge.

This machine is in excellent condition. There are no dings or scratches and the finish glistens.

Comes with black carry case, foot pedal and power cord, zipper foot, and four bobbins. There is a small accessory tray on left hand corner of the carry case to hold thread, zipper foot, bobbins, etc.

The foot pedal fits into a slot on the lid of the carry case.

The case does show signed of usage. It has scratches on the handle, a tear on the right and left corners of the top, scratches on the left side of the lid, and an imperfection on the back side of the case. (See pictures). None of these damages impact the sturdiness of the case.

This machine is from an estate so I know little of its background. However, when I turned it on and threaded it, it sewed perfectly.

If you are familiar with Featherweights, you will know this is an incredible little machine.
