This pretty plate was made by the Silver City Glass Co.- Meriden, Conn. Serving plate is in the Flanders/ Janice pattern embellished with a silver overlay design . One side of the two handled plate is a large spray of poppies. The other side is a smaller spray of poppies. The center features a 25th Anniversary banner, a very small piece of the over lay missing. It measures about 13\'\' across at the handles otherwise its 11\'\' in diameter. Looks to be in very good shape.
