* Short sleeves, shoulder padding
* Grossgrain cream ribbon trim
* Big black buttons across left shoulder and down left bodice
* Draped rayon crepe fabric in rich black
* Front overskirt overlay curved peplum
* Waist ties on side tie in back
* Sheath skirt under front peplum overskirt
* Approx below knee to upper calf length

Bust: Up to ~38\"
Waist: Up to 30\" max- ties in back tie tighteter
Hips: 42\"
Front Length: 45\"
Bodice Length: 19\" to lower waist seaming, otherwise ~17\"

Very Good Condition- No stains or odors.
Waist ties in back do not have closures.
Tie or sew on I can include some hooks to sew on.
Very minor fabric imperfection, few pinholes upper bodice/shoulders.
