This is a lot of old Christmas books from my siblings\' and my childhood. Almost all are from 50s, some early 60s and a couple late 60s. They lasted for 30 years with very little damage and then my niece and nephew came along... Almost all of them have some writing (mostly pencil which can probably be erased, most of the writing is a single big scribble) and small tears on pages from being turned, they are acceptable and definitely very readable and can probably be restored a bit. All the small ones are HB and two of the large ones are HB, the others are soft bound. The little golden books types survived the best except the A Little Cowboy\'s Christmas has lost the front cover (included), Santa\'s Rocket Sleigh has lost the back cover (not included, lost to time), The Story of the Christ Child has the back cover taped on inside. Howdy Doody is very good, My Little Golden Christmas Book is very good, The Mickey Mouses are good, the mail one has several tears near the bottom of some pages but not into the illustration. the big books did not fair as well. Night Before Christmas, HB, has crayon on first page (not in illustration) and the covers are off (included), Rudolph (1951) is a sort of cloth but sort of paper material and is very fragile, the edges have many tears and there is a chunk missing from the back top right corner. It was my favorite as a kid with great illustrations. The NIght Before Christmas, HB, was later,1968 given to me but dated 1961 in copyright. It is good with only yellowing on inside covers from binder glue and my name on inside cover. Guess my niece and nephew didn\'t like that one! The fuzzy wuzzy picture books are so cool but the fuzzy red stuff has bled on to the pages opposite, still looks OK though, more like an oil stain, not a red dye. They all have edge tears. Santa Claus and Little Lost Kitten has a couple pages pencil marks and one with crayon, the inside is very good, the outside covers have most of the tears. Sanat Claus is very good inside, but one page is loose and the outside covers have tears, chunk missing lower right front cover. No marks though except for my brother\'s name.
