In good overall condition. There are some scuffs, scratches nicks here and there. There are a couple of places where there has been a repair, but its very stable. Some of the boards are warping, simply adding to the character of this great piece. Overall very nice and complete.
It\'s definitely strong enough to use as a coffee table and it could be used as a seat but a little bit wobbly for that. It could probably be secured by a professional. I believe this slight wobble is due to the fact that one of the legs may be slightly stripped out. It still serves the purpose but could be reinforced for a small amount of money. One of the brass feet has a crack down the side but it\'s in place and functioning as designed.
