This is a lovely pin or pendant (you loop a silver chain on to one of the wire) of silver mounting with 13 (5.5 ~ 6.5 mm size) Japanese Akoya cultured pearls in floral ribbon like motif as shown.
This is possibly from the 70\'s when such design was popular.
The pin measures about 2 inches (5 cm) wide and tall.
Marking \"SILVER\" is on the back center.It weighs 16.2 grams.The cultured pearls are in cream white color with good nacre, I will rate it as grade \"AA\" (personal opinion).Condition is previously owned with minimal wear as shown. I doubt it was worn at all as the pin is very straight.
