It\'s probably meant exactly for that and i can\'t think of a better purpose than this.You are offerding on a fine and authentic vintage ANRI wooden figurine Madonna of Good Counsel (Boni Consilii) with baby Jesus in her arms. In that size the statue is no longer in production.The veneration of Mary as a mother of good counsel was promoted and spread in particular by the Augustinian hermits. A well-known Marian pilgrimage site under this Patronal Fate, under the care of the Augustinian Hermits since 1356, is the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Countenance in the Italian village of Genazzano in Lazio. The pilgrimages to the medieval picture of grace there are well documented since 1467.Details about it:
