This is a dainty feminine necklace composed of links of hand twisted gilt silver wire. The fine wire is twisted, giving it a kind of glimmer in the light. It has a filigree clasp made like other Chinese ones of the era, & like those it\'s simply marked SILVER.

Laid flat it\'s about 17\" long, then the drop section is about 13/16\" long. There are freshwater pearls stationed on the chain, & one in the \'lavaliere\'.

One wire section near the back has a break, but is looped to the next link & so staying together. This could be carefully repaired, or just treated gently so as not to tear it further. There are jump rings between links, & it could likely even be removed. Other than that it\'s in good vintage shiny condition with no damage I can detect.
