From the 1950-60\'s, offered is this authentic fine relic reliquary theca containing a relic of Saint Marcellin Champagnat. The reliquary is made of gold filled on 800 silver. Cross shape filigree cross cover has tiny guilloche enamel highlights. Marked on theca is 800 and GF. It measures approx. 1 1/2\". Threads and wax seal are intact and it is in excellent used condition as per pictures. It comes with original red satin box which measures approx. 2 1/2\" x 2 1/2\". Saint Marcellin Champagnat is the founder of the Marist Brothers and is known for his compassion and empathy. He is the Patron Saint of Teachers. As per \'s policy, this reliquary does not contain human remains but only object of devotion.
