This deck works but has the following issues;
fast forward and rewind work fine, but in play mode reels spin slow unless assisted by hand.
then it sounds Good. I was told by the previous owner it needs to have the capstan replaced. The sound from the built-in speakers is good.
No other Testing was performed this unit is being sold as is no returns for parts or repair.
Take-up reel is included test reel is not.
