I am not an authority on toy car collectibles but I will be happy to answer any questions if I can. The little license plate was with the car and the car has sticker goo and stickers and dust. The longhorn sticker can be removed. There was a return address sticker on the bottom that I removed but there is still paper stuck from that. I will leave goo and sticker remnant removal to buyer. I know it is hard to tell scuffs from sticker residue but I think it will clean up nicely. There is quite a bit on the top and back around where the license plate goes. Appears to be original and in good condition. I ship only to US addresses. Sales are final. Thanks.
