A fantastic dress from American Angel.
I purchased this on etsy and it does not fit me and so my loss is your gain.
Features v-neckline, feels like gauzy rayon (no fabric tag), godet panels and back clip.
No size tag - but do see measurements and back clip allows this to accommodate a variety of sizes.
Very good vintage condition and purchased from a vintage etsy shop who writes

40 inch waist (slightly clipped)
60 inch hips
