A Vintage Hand Carved Figure created for Anri by Prof Karl Kuolt for the 6\" Nativity set
- This figure is part of a set I recently acquired from an estate in Upstate NY
- This circa 1950\'s Figure is hand carved, hand painted and hand finished with exacting detail and artistry.
- This figure is for the 6\" Nativity set (Joseph is 6\" high and the remaining pieces are scaled accordingly)
- This Figure is a shepherd or Minstrel wearing a jaunty hat and cloak while playing a bagpipe
- This is missing its Anri/Kuolt paper label but the style and production reveals that it is very obviously a member of the Kuolt Nativity Set
- It has a numbered price marked in pencil on the underside of the base. I believe this is the original selling price as the former owner informed that her parents had purchased this during a trip to Italy in the 1950\'s
- Fair Condition. The bagpipe is missing its 2 horns. The finish overall is fairly worn with color loss on the horn in his hands.
