DESCRIPTIONThis sale is for a wonderful black cloth doll. I purchased her at a local flea market and was told that she was a pre-1930\'s doll, but I\'m not sure of her age (?). She is about 15\" tall. She has a wonderfully detailed hand stitched/embroidered face with brown eyes and red lips and white stitched teeth. She has black curly yarn hair that is greying at the temples/sides of her face. She is wearing gold earrings, matching necklace and a red kerchief on her head. Her clothing includes a white apron, pretty yellow floral dress/skirt and top with red ric-rac trim, wool skirt/slip, white slip, white pantaloons and red shoes. She has 5 individually stitched fingers and a formed bust. She is holding a yellow blanket in her arms. (When I purchased her, she had the pen stuck through her hands so that her hands were held together with the yellow blanket lying over her arms, so I put her back in that position after her photos.)
CONDITION Please view all photographs closely. I tried to show plenty of photos so that you can see her condition and stitching. No odors. Clothing is nice and clean with bright colors. Beneath her clothing, her body is in very nice, clean condition. Her face has some light staining. Her apron is wrinkled.
