Vintage Antique German Kestner Closed Mouth Child Doll. Circa 19th century. Manufactured by the German firm J.D. kestner. This doll is from a relative\'s estate. Bisque socket head is nicely hand decorated. Kind of a pouty expression. Back of head is incised \"Made in Germany 169\" Some other marks, they are hard for me to read. Good condition, no cracks, chips or rubs. Sleeping brown glass eyes work perfectly. Ball jointed composition body is in excellent condition. All fingers and toes are intact. She has a blonde wavy mohair wig. Pure silk dress. It is trimmed in antique lace,as are the original undergarments. Embroidered floral trim around neckline of dress. Lace stockings and leather shoes. Doll is a very nice cabinet height of 10 inches. Doll was never played with. Only displayed. Doll stand included. US shipping only. Thanks for looking!!!
