I can not be absolutely sure of the material used for construction
Chalkware or plaster is my guess but could be composition of paper.
Base is hollow and covered by brown paper.
6 1/2\" tall and 5\" wide.
The neck spring does have a mean lean and I did not try to straighten him out.
Crescent dent on one side of the base (see pic).
Overall intact with smudges, rubs and and storage/age related dirt and paint loss. Any desired cleaning will be left for the new owner. *USPS New Postal Rates (not me!)
