Outside is in very good shape, only a small crack on the left by the clock as shown. No fraying of the electrical cord at all, only a little paint on it. Plugged it in and the some of the tubes did come on, the clock worked on and off. Plugged it in several times and sometimes the clock would not work. Made in the USA in the early 50\'s, Jewel Manufacturing co. 10\" wide, 6\" high, heavy weighs about 5 pounds so shipping will be up there. I only ship priority mail for these kinds of items.
