This is an old vintage steam whistle. It\'s marked \"Buckeye Brass Works Dayton O\" along the top. It\'s roughly 12.75\" tall and 2.5\" in diameter. Its finish is untouched and has great old patina. I have no way of testing it, so it\'s being sold as-is. The handle moves properly and pushes against the button that opens up the steam valve. The handle looks to be iron rather than brass and is pitted with some rust. The rest of the whistle looks to be brass. There are nicks here and there, but overall I don\'t see any issues, no dents, cracks or major scratches, just normal age wear.
