Several years ago, we chanced upon an estate lot of vintage and antique paper items originally belonging to a Lillie M. Greene. Among her items were some Christmas ephemera, dated 1915. This little book \"The Night Before Christmas\" was among her treasures. Each year, we reproduce only 25 quality copies of this book because this little treasure is highly coveted among antique Christmas aficionados.
The original book was entirely made by hand, with hand-colored chromolithographs and gold gilding. Each page was apparently hand-cut, as no two pages are of the exact same dimensions. Average size of these little books is about 4\" x 1 3/4\". The back page was signed sent from \"Lillie M. Greene.\"
Please note: you are receiving a high-quality copy of the original book. Each page is cut by hand to the exact dimensions of the original, and binding is gilded cording.
