Vintage Fritz Hansen \"DOT\" stool designed by Arne Jacobsen. Teak seat, three legged design, unusual version seat with bolts mounted to underside of top, edge and full TEAK top, not TEAK veneer. Original gunmetal steel legs with rubber underside cushions and plastic floor guards.
Excellent condition. Minor surface wear to seat and legs.
No . H & J impressed mark to the underside of the seat - my research indicates this is less common that FH marks, but also likely attributed to original factory production in Denmark. There is some disagreement on this point, please see online discussion about mark for further information. Regardless, it is an excellent quality original stool, being sold for a very attractive price.
