Description
This is a lovely rich amber coloured bowl produced by the German company Walther Glas which begun production after the war in 1951. This design called Irene was advertised in the 1952-3 catalogue as one of six shapes. The lovely bold lines and clean shapes give it a hint of Art Deco.
ConditionThe bowl is in very good condition.
Size and WeightThe bowl weighs about 1110 grams, and is approximately 9 cm in height and 29 cm in max. width.
PaymentMy preferred payment is through PayPal. I do not pass on PayPal fees to customers. The items I have listed through Buy-It-Now will require an immediate PayPal payment. Items I have listed through an sale will require payment within three days of the close of the sale, an unpaid item dispute will be filed if payment is not received within 8 days.
Post and PackingI will dispatch all items as quickly as possible but certainly within two working days of receiving payment (delivery times outside the UK vary greatly from country to country).

PACKAGING
Please be aware that Royal Mail and most couriers do not insure glass, pottery and many other items against breakage.
All my items are very well packed using plenty of large bubble bubble wrap and polystyrene peanuts. To save packaging costs for the customer, I mostly use recycled boxes.
I try very hard to describe all items as accurately as possible. The photos play a large part of the description. Please read the description, look at the photos carefully and ask any questions before buying to avoid disappointment. However, mistakes can be made. If the item is not as you expected, your first course of action is to email me through .
Should you wish to return the item, I will give a full refund, after the item has been returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. Return postage will not be refunded.
In the unlikely event that the item is broken I may require photographs of the damage.
