- Arthur Wood Teapot made inEngland. The number 5663 is stamped onto the bottom.
- Dimensions: measures 8 3/4” from the tip of the spout to the handle; it is 4 1/4” tall without the lid & 5 1/2” including the lid; and is 5” wide. The spout, handle and top of the teapot have gold trim. There is gold trim on the lid’s handle. There is also a small hole in the lid to allow steam to escape from the hot liquid inside. As you can see by the pictures, the teapot features a scalloped bottom and a harp-shaped handle. Beautiful rose pattern.
- Condition: Used and in good shape.It appears that the outer and inner glaze has spider-like cracking, but there are no visible cracks in the actual pottery. No stains inside of the pot.This piece would make a nice addition to any teapot collection!!!
