Blue Ridge Southern Potteries, Inc, Hand-Painted Under Glaze
9 1/4\" Collectible Plate with scallop Edge, \"11E\" stamped on backNo cracks or crazing on front. Slight surface scratches, as well as one chip along the scallop edge, and several chip-like flaws in surface. Something that looks like a green paint smear is under the glaze.
Some small flaws visible on the back. (please see photos)Overall, a nice vintage dish.
