This 1950s official Boy Scout rocks and minerals specimen kit contains all 60 original rock samples still nestled in their cotton-lined compartment. Each still has its original number adhered to it. Each number corresponds to a description on the inside lid.Size: Box measures 12 x 9.5 x 1-1/8 inchesCondition: Originally this box would have been wrapped in plastic. But whatever Boy Scout had this collection took very good care of it. All the original specimens are present with their cotton nests and numbers. The box is in very good condition, no tears, solid corners. There is one price tag residue mark on the top. (see yellow arrow in Photo #2).***I deal mostly in vintage and estate pieces.
