This is an original Betsey Johnson dress from the late 60\'s/early 70\'s when she worked for Alley Cat.
A piece of fashion history! It is a brightly colored wool knit with metallic thread throughout. Unfortunately, the moths found this dress irresistible too, and there is quite a bit of moth damage all over it. I tried to take some closeup photos to show you the extent. If you know how to reweave knits or are willing to restore, this would be the perfect dress for that project. I can\'t find a size, but it was my dress and I always wore a small.It is 36.5\" from shoulder to hem and 11.5\" across the waist (unstretched). A modern version of this dress made of cotton knit was recently released by Betsey Johnson. But this is the original, vintage, wool knit dress. I ship Priority and charge the actual shipping fees.
