Vintage Bicentennial Plate Liberty Bell and Flags 1779-1976:

Ceramic plate, approximately 9 inches in diameter, white background, with gold trim around edge and scalloped design on border. Plate depicts the Liberty Bell in the center with an American Flag on each side and the laurel leaf below. One of the Flags has a circle of 13 stars,the other is the current Flag. Above the images, in blue letters:BICENTENNIAL
1779 (star) 1976Under the images, also in blue letters:PROCLAIM LIBERTY THROUGHOUT ALL THE WORLD UNTO ALL THE INHABITANTS THEREOFPlate is in good vintage condition. There are some light scratches and some small specks that seem to be under the glaze. The specks are very tiny, about the size of a pin prick. There is also some fading to the colors in the images, but they are still in good shape. No chips, cracks, breaks or crazing. This plate, produced for the American Bicentennial celebration in 1976 is over 30 years old.No makers marks on back.
