Hello, I have been picking these figurines up for years now and am looking for a good home to a Boxer dog lover. This lot contains8 different porcelain figurines (7ea) and planters (1ea).
1. Planter- Small and very cute. Shows boxer staring down a fly crawling on his butt. Has his big eyes in a comical look. Measures 4 1/2 inches long by 4 1/4 inches all. Marked Japan on bottom. Estimate age to be from 1950\'s/ 60\'s.
2. Figurine- Has foil tag \"Tilso, Japan\" on underside. Has a matte finish glaze, show a young pup boxer. Is wearing a dog collar with tag reading \"Boxer\" on it. Very nice piece. Estimate age to be from 1950\'s/60\'s.
3. Figurine 3 1/4 inches tall, has very shiny gray/white glaze. Unmarked.
4. Figurine 2 1/2 inches tall, marked Japan on bottom. Has blue on white design.
5. Figurine 2 1/2 inches tall, very long and pointy ears. Nice quality figurine, spraypaint brown on white. Nice detail, quality piece. Not marked.
6. Figurine 2 1/2 inches tall, marked Japan, Black spots on white coat. Small chain attached at neck loop.
7. Figurine 2 1/4 inches tall, unmarked, light brown on white.
8. Figurine 1 1/2 inches long, appears to be mate to #6 as it also has short chain attached at neck loop. Same color scheme also and is marked \"Japan\" on bottom. Has small chip on one ear.
Estimate all of these figurines to be from the 1940\'s/50\'s/60\'s.
