Refunds and Returns

Contact me within 4 days of delivery and let me know the problem as returns are accepted if item is misrepresented. If we decide that a return is the appropriate solution, send back your purchase within 14 Days of your receiving in original condition and we will gladly accept your return. Refund is for the full purchase price.

We only ship to the address that is on the PayPal payment, and it needs to be confirmed or verified. Some packages are not scanned along the way, that does not mean your package was not shipped.

*I try my best to ship within 1 or 2 business days of receipt of payment but surely shipment is made within five business days after payment has been received and cleared.

COMBINED SHIPPING: I do combine shipping whenever possible on items that can be safely shipped together with multiple item shipping discount. Items must close within 7 days of each other to qualify for multiple item shipping and you must let me know to hold shipping on the early ending sale with your payment- otherwise I ship ASAP. Sometimes the savings is substantial, sometimes it is not much at all because the box got bigger and it affected the rates. Some items can’t be combined safely, or the box size gets too big and/or too heavy. If you purchase more than one item the notification sends will sometimes say free shipping until we invoice the actual amount - sorry, we do not offer free shipping, this reference to free is a glitch in s system not ours. If we do offer free shipping it will say so in the sale, if it does not then it is not free.
