Vintage 1950s Brinn\'s of Pittsburgh Gold Ceramic Deer Family - Marked Japan
Pre-owned/very good condition
Vintage 1950s item by Brinn\'s of Pittsburgh, Pa., and made in Japan. Features blue-eyed deer family, with Mama doe linked to her 2 fawns with a gold metal chain attached to festive (and removable) red chenille (pipe cleaner) collars. Pieces are ceramic painted in metallic gold. There are no chips or cracks, and the finish is still extremely shiny. There are a few scuffs here and there, the biggest being 2 marks on the mama (see photo) where either glue from something sticky like maybe a price sticker ruined finish or previous owner tried to touch up. Still only noticeable at certain angle. Mama also has original red Brinn\'s/Japan label on her tummy.
Measurements: Doe stands about 4.5\"/fawns are 2\" each
