Oval in shape, white dots encircled by gold on a red background, bordered in gold.

Lion passant & makers mark H & V, photos.
Measure 19mm or ¾” x 12mm or 7/16”.

I believe this is the original Neiman Marcus box, there is a partial label on the bottom that reads ....Enamel....Made in England.
