Original owner selling a pair of vintage Brown Jordan Mission Teak chaise lounges with original cushions. These were purchased in the summer of 1995.The award winning Mission Teak line was designed by Richard Frinier for Brown Jordan to evoke classic California. Neither lounge has ever been oiled or sealed as we annually just use wood soap to clean off any dirt or gray accumulated from the prior cleaning.Cushions are original and have been kept in the garage when not in use so there has been little fading from the sun.The back support mechanism of one of the chairs has been damaged (see photo). You can compare it to the non-damaged side. (see photo).While this does not affect the back when propped up or lain flat, it does affect how the back moves when changing its angle. Also, a number of the teak plugs that used to hide the screws where joints occur have long since disappeared.This set is located in Orange County, California and is available for local pickup only.
