Nice sterling silver belt buckle. Tests for sterling. Silver needs cleaning. Missing stone which was probably large turquoise stone. Signed on back C. Manning. Has some typical scratches from use which are thin enough for buffing if you want perfection. There is a little ding and a little hairline line that seem to be in the making close to the edge where the stone would be placed.You would need a loop to view these .Weighs 39.7 grams.
