The Creek Chub Bait Company was conceived in 1906. The most popular lure was the PIKIE. It has a metal diving lip. Early models had no markings, but later models were marked CCBCO and the patent date 9-7-20. Models with Glass Eyes and patent dated lips were produced in the 1950s
