the winning offer is a contract. The winning buyer is expected to complete the
transaction by making payment.

If the buyer feels an item has been misrepresented, we ask that the he/she notify us within 3 days after receipt. We will work with you on resolving the problem. Unless your item has a fixed shipping fee, please wait to make payment until
you have received an invoice. Invoices will be sent within 48 ours of the end of the sale.

International buyers: Before offerding, please email for a shipping quote. Due to availability of protection for the offer price of our buyer, and paypal protection for the payment transaction, priority mail international is the method we use for international shipping.
Shipping costs are quite expensive, and we want you to be advised before making your offer. Please don't ask us to mark this as a gift, or change the item value.

Terms:Shipping costs include a small handling fee and insurance. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Shipping is generally done on Thursday and Friday. Fed Ex packages are dropped off at a Fed Ex Store about 20 miles from our home. If you are interested in having your packages, especially Fed Ex packages, shipped the Thursday or Friday directly after the end of the sale, you will need to make payment ahead of time to allow us time for packing. Priority mail is generally used for items of value over $100, due to availability of insurance. If you are requesting your package be sent to a different address from your regular /paypal address, be sure to request this in a separate email from paypal payments.

We're happy to combine shipping for winners of multiple items.
We will email a combined invoice. Please do not pay for multiple sales prior to receiving an invoice if you would like combined shipping.

Illinois buyers: Sales tax at the rate of 6.5 % will be added to purchases,
unless a tax id # is furnished.
