For your consideration, a charming carved wooden duck, serenely sitting with patience and dignity. I believe that he is hand carved and painted and finished in dark shades of brown. He has a pronounced brass beak that gives him a stern look. No signature on this piece but it is a quality work with feathers and features firmly etched into the wood. This duck has seen some interesting times testified by the many scuff marks that are all over his body and on his head. It just adds to his charm.
