You are viewing a cast iron Hubley hand painted cat doorstop. The cat has bright green eyes and a ribbon around its neck.The # 38 is incised on the door stop. Made in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
This is a well made, heavy casting. There appears to be no structural damage. For its age, it appears to be in good condition - some paint ware, slight discoloration. It is over 80 years old with a lot of character still left!
Measures approx. 8 1/4\" tall x 6 1/4\" wide.
