St. Anthony Vintage Catholic metal POCKET STATUE SHRINE

The statue is of St. Anthony of Padua holding the Child Jesus. Its made of metal (I think its aluminum) and fairly flat like a medal. It has a loop at the top, so it could probably be used as a medal also. The back of the statue is printed with \"I am a Catholic in case of an accident notify a priest\".

The tiny statue measures about 1 1/4\" in height. It comes in a clearvinyl case.

Pocket statues were often carried by soldiers in war and their use became popular with\"civilians\" afterwards. I think this one is from about the 1960\'s. Its in good condition. Its a nice size to be able to carry in a purse, pocket, briefcase etc.
