This is a handmade vintage ceramic Christmas tree with plastic insert bulbs. The ceramic base seems to have been broken off from the tree, not sure if this was to change the bulb or by mishap, but the light still works and the tree is still supported by the base. Enough inserts are included to fill the holes with colored bulbs. There is also a small chip on one of the branches, otherwise nice condition, 6ft light cord with on/off switch and working bulb.
