VINTAGE CERAMIC POTTERY HAND PAINTED SWAN FIGURE LIDDED PITCHER MADE IN ITALY

The featured item represents a pottery pitcher in the shape of a swan bird that measures approximatelly 6 3/4\" tall from the floor to the top of the tail and 8 3/4\" at the longest points. It\'s about 3\" deep.

The pitcher can ber used to hold water, tea, milk or similar liquids. The swan figure is beautifully hand painted in vivid colors. The piece features a spout and a lid.

The bottom of the pitcher is hand signed with \"M. ITALY\", \"4\" and \"*H?B\". There is also a paper residue from a paper sticker. I asked here and there trying to identify the maker but no luck. To me it looks like it was made somewhere in the middle of last century.

The item comes in well-preserved condition for its age with no major surface damages but small chips on few spots including one on the lid. Otherwise, no cracks or broken parts. The paint is great condition.

The pitcher will make a gorgeous addition to any collection and be a wonderful display for any kitchen shelf or table!
