Vintage stereoview photograph by Charles Bierstadt of Niagara Falls, New York. Large format, measuring 7” by 4.25”, with excellent tone and clarity to the photo. I have to plead ignorance here, since I don’t know exactly what this shows - some type of gas emanating from a pipe through a circular hole in the floorboards – in any case, it’s strange, arresting, and hypnotic. In very good condition overall – light soiling and edgewear to card, one small black mark to photo.
