This is a Vintage Child\'s Red Round Doll Suitcase, Train Case, or Travel Bag. There is an image of a little girl at the beach or sea shore with a dog entitled \"BATHING BEAUTY\". It measures about 7 1/4\" in diameter, 6 1/2\" in diameter on the flat side not including the metal handle, 3 1/2\" deep. The outside is dark red as well as the metal handle, the edges are brown, and the hardware is gold-tone. She had an early Kewpie doll inside wrapped in a linen hankie with crocheted edges when I found it so they are included. The interior paper has a white background with a paisley/floral pattern in blue and black and is in almost perfect condition. I just had the leather ( or what ever the edges are ) cleaned so it has that \"new car smell\" for a little while. The exterior is in very good condition with little signs of wear. See pictures.
