My husband purchased this on a trip prior to our marriage; it is 20+ years old. He does not remember in which country he purchased it; however, we found a handout in his files (see last photo) that leads us to believe he bought it in Samoa. An er from New Zealand writes me that it is from Fiji (Thanks!).
