Butit looks like only 3-5X. You have to extend it full to see something. Appearance look like a vintage. No large dentsbut brass surface looks like age stain. You can disassemble eyepiece and takeout eyepiece lenses for cleaning. You may see couple tiny particles on view butyou can clean it with camera air blower. Weight about 1 Lb.
